I had a great experience at Firestone! Dropping off my car was quick and easy, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. They repaired my A/C in under two hours, which was much faster than I expected. Picking up my car was completely hassle-free. A special thanks to Mr. Calliber for assisting me, he was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. Firestone always does a great job, and I really appreciate the coupons and discounts they offer to help keep repairs affordable. I highly recommend this location. Thanks, Firestone!

Got me in the same day despite how busy they were. Taylor provided excellent customer service given me all the options on tire selection based on their price and quality. Happy to come in today to have my car serviced!

I had a fantastic experience at this location. I brought my car in for a strange knocking noise, fearing the worst. The staff was incredibly professional and ran a full diagnostic. Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, the mechanic showed me exactly what was wrong—just a loose heat shield. They fixed it quickly and charged me a very reasonable fee. Honest, fast, and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for my next oil change and tire rotation!

Raj is a wonder mechanic! My AC wasn’t blowing cold air. He was able to give me straight diagnosis. The fix didn’t break the bank like others warned me about by taking my car to the mechanics. Thank you for your expertise Raj!

They are open on SUNDAYS. They were able to help me as a walk-in. I needed a new battery for my 2019 Mini Countryman. The shop did not have the battery on site - had to retrieve one from their warehouse. I was in and out in under two hours, and for way less than I would have spent at the Mini Service Center. Car is running great. The waiting area was fairly busy. Josh, the service manager, was at the desk providing customer service. He was attentive, efficient and courteous.
